This fall, Juliana was recognized for her work reaching out to underprivileged and disadvantaged communities through music. As part of the award, Juliana was given a grant to support the community engagement initiative of the Piedmont Chamber Music Festival. Every summer, the initiative brings music to local homeless shelters, nursing homes, and community centers in the Oakland, CA area. Read the award announcement here!
